nice Hot Rod on Ebay

Postby Rick » Sun Mar 20, 2011 2:27 pm

It was nice to see this on Ebay:

This is what my freinds and I would have done back in the sixties- never saw a Cafe Racer- must have been an urban thing.
If someone had ridden into OUR gravel pit with a canary yellow bike he would have been ridiculed at least, possibly depantsed, so I touched up the photos. Hard to beat a black Hot Rod.

" Hard to beat a black Hot Rod. "

____ I agree that Duke would've been better done in black (instead of where-ever in yellow), however, then not as unique !
__ I have asked the seller for an explanation of how it could be a pre-1965
4-speed "350" ...
I'll report-back if he has any answer.

DUKE-Cheers,
-Bob
PLEASE NOTE... If this-post is not-yet signed-off with '-Bob', then I'm still in the process of completing it,, and if not also included with 'DCT' near bottom as well, then I may edit this post's wording at a later time. - Dct.Bob
