Does any one make this fairing/ shield?

Hello folks. I am looking to get the same or find someone who could fabricate one. To clarify, just the glass portion. I want to replace the smoke one with clear to better suit the era style. Unfortunately, the smoked one was bought on e-bay, so I have no idea what its name, model, or maker was. Any pointers? Thanks. Dan
