Mototrans scrambler head bearings

Does the 350 mototrans scrambler, circa 1978 use the same cups and balls In the steering head as the Italian counterpart. (I asked Nigel from Lacey Ducati this question and he wasnt 100 percent sure although he did think this was probably the case)
