Hi Bill,

Thanks for the info. I can offer a bit of help - I had serious wear on the back of the selector box so I fitted the spring link from the other direction, ie from the front to the back. This is a bit of a PITA to fit, but does solve the problem. I also went to an 18t gearbox sprocket to give more clearance to the swinging arm pivot. The wear on yours is serious and shows the amount of rubbing that is taking place. I have mounted a strip of delrin around mine that I warmed-up and made into a circular piece that goes around the swinging arm and is held in place with cable ties.
