Ducati Single - Help Identifying

Ok, here are some pictures I took today. I would appreciate any comments or observations.

Turns out I have quite a few extra parts. A lot of odds and ends. Not sure what belongs to this bike!

I attached a picture of the head. It looks like a spark plug on the right hand side. Should there be a compression release?

Did you end up keeping the early style tank? I have just acquired a 1963 Scrambler and I am missing the correct tank.
