Monza 160, front fork parts

Postby Kabi » Mon Feb 14, 2022 9:31 pm

Hi guys,
its long time i posted something.
But finally im going to put Monza together. It is few years ago i disassembled front forks and i cant remember how a few missing things look like.(i dont know if they were here even)
Well i dont even have a photo :(
On the photo below i have 3 parts. I guess 430 is felt washer, that is ok even i don't know where can i get them in the EU. 450 its from felt too, but there is "pressure washer", im bit confused, is it felt washer like 430, right?
And last one, 330 - seal ring pressure washer - this one is from metal?
Have someone ordered some of these parts in EU?
And special part is 260 - they simply don't exist.. (i replied in thread from duck749 for 3D model, but he wasn't here since posted it)

Thank you in advance and apologize for newbie questions

You must have missed a thread on the same topic posted just a short while before your inquiry...

Sent you PM back.

There was a metal washer pressed into the dust cover. On top of this was a felt washer, if you go do my thread you can see this was a NAPA part for battery terminals. On top of the washer then sat another metal washer (450), same size and thickness as captured one in dust cover, not sure why part number was different.

guys, one more question about screws. Unfortunately, im not an engineer.
Im sorting the screws, but the marking have more attributes than i need :)
example:
Screw TE 8MAx60

length 60mm is obvious, MA or MB i've found here on motoscrubs. But what about the TE or TEC ? Just old tiping or that mean something about finish?

Thank you

8mm, I replaced with standard hex head stainless steel purchased at local hardware store. Your correct on 60 being the length (60mm).
